I want to download Nintendo games from the net and play on the Nintendo Wii console, can somebody tell me how to do?

Well, first off, you need to get Wii Points. You can either:
1) Buy a Wii points card from a retailer (like Wal-Mart). These cards (in Canada) cost $25, and you get 2000 Wii Points (rip-off). Go to the Wii Shop Channel, and activate your card.
2) The better way: Make sure your Wii is connected to the Internet. Go to the Wii Shop Channel and find GET WII POINTS (or something along those lines. Click on “Credit Card” Choose your value. You can get:
1000 Wii Points – $10 USD
2000 Wii Points – $20 USD
3000 Wii Points – $30 USD
5000 Wii Points – $50 USD
N64 Games cost 1000 Wii Points. Most other systems cost 500 Wii Points. Wii Ware ranges, depending on product.
After you’ve bought a game, it downloads automatically, and is shown on your Wii Menu, as a seperate channel. Note that you can delete these channels to save memory, and download them from the Shop Channel for free (because you already bought it)

You must to make your Wii to be modified with a mod-chip before you play games or movies.
Of course it can play any game of your own, and any movie (also DivX as you asked) as you wish after you get your wii mod-chip installed!
It’s a very mature technical now so it won’t have problem if you get your wii modified.
Also you can download any PAL or NTSC Wii game as you wish online now.
About the downloading and backup and copy games service: There are serveral sites providing such download services. They are very excellent on the contents, not only Complete big Wii games like Metroid, LOR, American Idols and Guitar Heroes etc. But also many movies, Wii tv shows, music and videos much more!!!
All you need is to join one of those sites to download so many resources. So you can download all those media as you wish!
And some sites can provide simple software help you to burn the ISO Games into DVDs, it is very easy and fast. After the instructions by them, you can go ahead to play those games you burned onto your Wii.

To download Nintendo Wii games you gotta use the wii points card. You can buy them mostly anywhere at video game stores. I bought one for $19.99. It has no tax so u get it at that price. You pay them a $20 you get one cent back. Or you could burn games. I have heard about burning. its illegal only if u sell it. You go to the Virtual Console and enter your code and your good to get any game you want (in your range of points though)

get a wii points card from the store, or have a credit card handy,
go to teh wii shop channel and buy wii points, then browse through games and select which you want to download.
